For this 2,460 SF Tenant Improvement project, we provided comprehensive Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents to support the redesign and enhancement of the space. Our team focused on key aspects of the renovation, which included rerouting plumbing, rerouting ductwork, installing new receptacles, and upgrading the interior lighting.

The plumbing system was carefully redesigned to meet the needs of the new layout, ensuring efficient water distribution and drainage while maintaining code compliance. Similarly, the ductwork was rerouted to optimize airflow and accommodate the new space configuration, improving HVAC efficiency and indoor comfort.

In the electrical scope, we specified and coordinated the installation of new receptacles to ensure the space was equipped with sufficient power sources for all required appliances and equipment. We also developed a new interior lighting plan that improved both functionality and aesthetics, with lighting fixtures designed to provide adequate illumination while enhancing the ambiance of the space.
