Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 5,700 SF conversion of an existing warehouse into an event space and a 600 SF bridal suite. The scope of work includes the design of HVAC systems to accommodate the large open spaces of the event area, providing temperature control and air circulation for comfort during events. Plumbing systems will be designed to serve the event space, including restroom facilities, kitchen areas, and any other necessary utilities, while ensuring efficient water distribution and waste removal. Electrical engineering will include lighting, power outlets, and specialized systems for event-specific needs, such as audiovisual setups, along with appropriate power requirements for the bridal suite. The design will focus on maximizing energy efficiency, with the selection of energy-saving lighting and controls, while ensuring that all systems are compliant with building codes and safety regulations. The conversion plan will also address structural modifications and necessary upgrades to make the space suitable for its new function.
