Our team approached this challenge with a tailored MEP engineering strategy, ensuring that all essential systems were thoughtfully integrated without compromising the building’s historic charm. We carefully designed ductwork, electrical layouts, and plumbing systems to support the restaurant’s operations while maintaining a visually cohesive space. Special attention was given to the bar area, where we optimized airflow and mechanical efficiency to enhance comfort and usability.

By combining technical expertise with a deep respect for the original architecture, we delivered a solution that not only met modern building codes and operational requirements but also preserved the ambiance and aesthetic integrity of Oliver’s Restaurant.
