We provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for a Tenant Improvement (TI) project of an existing 64,764 SF historic high school. The building is a three-story structure with a basement and rooftop deck, and the project includes a total of 39 units with two unit variations: 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments.

During the design phase, we carefully considered the entire building, though only the residential wing is being permitted. The gym area is not part of the scope. We designed the electrical systems to support the residential units, ensuring safe and efficient power distribution, lighting, and energy usage. This project was completed using Revit, which enabled precise coordination and integration of the electrical systems within the building’s structure and layout.
