We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for the approximately 122,500 SF tenant improvement of an existing distribution center. Our design included a new air conditioning system throughout the facility, enhancing climate control for improved working conditions. We also designed new restrooms on the first floor and reconfigured the second-floor restrooms to include an expansion and a new mop sink to accommodate increased usage and operational needs.
For the electrical scope, we provided a new service feed to the building from a 43rd Ave. SRP pole, incorporating two 600-amp service sections along with new panel installations to support the facility’s power requirements. Additionally, we designed new lighting throughout the space to ensure proper illumination for warehouse and operational activities while maintaining energy efficiency. Minimal new outlets were included based on functional requirements.
By integrating these upgrades, we contributed to the overall modernization of the distribution center, improving efficiency, functionality, and the working environment for occupants.
