We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for the ground-up development of an Islamic Center across two phases.

Phase I involved a 14,500 SF building, with the first floor spanning 11,000 SF and the second floor covering 3,500 SF. The design focused on creating a functional space for worship areas, community services, and support functions, ensuring the center met the specific needs of the congregation.

Phase II consisted of a 13,600 SF, two-story Islamic Center. The first floor of 8,300 SF was designed for key areas such as the prayer hall, reception, and various support spaces. The second floor, at 5,300 SF, provided additional facilities, including meeting rooms and administrative areas. Throughout both phases, we ensured seamless integration of the building’s mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, delivering a comprehensive solution tailored to the project’s evolving requirements.
