We provided Electrical Engineering services for the site, including utility coordination and exterior lighting/photometric analysis, ensuring proper integration with the overall development. Additionally, we designed the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 300,000 SF ground-up warehouse and office facility. Our team developed the mechanical and plumbing design using REVIT to enhance coordination and accuracy, while the electrical design was completed in CAD for precise system implementation. The facility was designed to support both operational functions and storage, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and seamless integration of all building systems.
