We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 90,000 SF project consisting of five two-story buildings and a leasing office for an apartment complex. The project was designed to accommodate a diverse range of unit types, ensuring a variety of living options for residents.
Building A features three unit types with a total of 20 units, while Building B also offers three unit types, totaling 22 units. Building C follows a similar design with three unit types and 20 units in total. Building D is composed of a single unit type, with 16 units, and Building E offers two unit types, totaling 12 units.
In addition to the residential buildings, the project includes a leasing office of approximately 5,000 SF, providing space for administrative functions, resident services, and amenities.
Our engineering team focused on delivering highly efficient mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems tailored to the needs of the residents, ensuring comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency across the entire complex. The designs were executed with precision to meet regulatory requirements while enhancing the overall living experience.
