We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 2-story 16,442 SF ground-up building and an 8,482 SF shell building.

For Building A (16,442 SF), the scope of work included a full build-out, featuring a mezzanine designed for a gym and adjacent tenant spaces, which are assumed to be office areas. This involved comprehensive planning for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the varied uses within the building.

For Building B (8,482 SF), the scope covered a white shell project, presumed to be intended for office spaces. The focus for this building was on providing the basic infrastructure required to support future tenant build-outs, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, tailored to meet the needs of office environments.

This project ensures that both buildings are equipped with the essential systems to provide comfort, efficiency, and functionality for the tenants and occupants.
