For this 10,400 SF tenant improvement project in a Medical Office Building, our team developed comprehensive Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MP&E) Engineering construction documents to support the transformation of the space into a fully operational healthcare facility. The project involved a detailed and coordinated design process, ensuring the integration of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems that would meet the specific needs of a medical environment.
