Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 44,736 SF addition to an existing hotel, including four stories and 69 guest keys. The scope of work includes the addition of tenant spaces and meeting areas on the first floor, totaling 11,337 SF, while the second through fourth floors will encompass 33,399 SF of hotel guest rooms and common areas. The mechanical systems will be designed to support the expanded guest capacity, with HVAC systems tailored for both the new guest rooms and public spaces. The plumbing systems will support the additional rooms and amenities, with careful consideration given to water efficiency and system integration with the existing hotel. Electrical engineering will focus on providing seamless power distribution, lighting design, and operational systems that complement the existing infrastructure while ensuring the new areas are fully supported.
