We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 25,000 SF, 3-story ground-up apartment building. This project includes a total of 24 units, with 3 different unit variations designed to accommodate a range of living preferences and needs. Our comprehensive scope of work encompassed the design of all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure the building meets both functional and regulatory requirements. We focused on optimizing system efficiency and comfort for residents, while ensuring the project adhered to energy codes and sustainability goals.

The design incorporated thoughtful integration of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the diverse unit layouts and enhance the overall tenant experience. We also coordinated the mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations throughout the building, including power distribution, lighting, and ventilation, while addressing all relevant safety and compliance factors.
