We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 5,433 SF tenant improvement (TI) of an existing fire station. The project scope includes updating and optimizing the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to meet current operational and code requirements, ensuring functionality and efficiency for the fire station's ongoing operations.

The following services are excluded from the project: Engineering Site Visit/Site Observation, Title 24 Building Energy Code Compliance, Title 24 Building Envelope Energy Code Compliance, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems, and Exterior Site Lighting Photometric analysis. Additionally, Utilities Coordination and Power Upgrades are not included within the scope.

The focus of this project is on delivering a functional and efficient design that aligns with the fire station's needs, adhering to the specified budget and schedule while excluding optional additional services.
