Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 3,600 SF ground-up dental office, designed to accommodate modern dental practices with efficiency and precision.

The project consists of two distinctive round buildings, each approximately 1,600 SF, along with a semi-enclosed common area of about 300 SF. The development was structured in three phases, beginning with Building A at 1,600 SF, followed by Building B at 1,600 SF, and concluding with the 300 SF common area.

We designed the mechanical systems to ensure optimal climate control and ventilation, tailored for dental office needs. The plumbing systems were engineered to support specialized dental equipment, sterilization stations, and patient care areas. Our electrical design included strategic power distribution for dental chairs, imaging equipment, and energy-efficient lighting, ensuring seamless functionality across all spaces.

By integrating innovative solutions and industry best practices, we delivered a well-coordinated design that enhances operational efficiency, patient comfort, and long-term adaptability.
