We provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering construction documents for the 33,000 SF Tenant Improvement (TI) of an existing suite for an office located within a multi-story building.

The Mechanical Engineering scope focused on modifying the existing HVAC system to accommodate the changes within the suite. Adjustments were made to ensure comfort and efficiency in the newly reconfigured office spaces.

The Electrical Engineering scope included adding new electrical outlets, updating the lighting system to include motion sensor light switches, and ensuring that open areas were equipped with ceiling-mounted sensors. Electrical provisions were also made in compliance with code requirements for new work areas. Additionally, the mechanical and lighting systems were modified as necessary to align with the changes in the office suite layout.

This project ensures the office space is not only functional and comfortable but also meets current building codes and energy efficiency standards.
