Cooley Station 22 is a 140,500 SF, four-story residential community with 80 dwelling units. The main building is four stories, while three-story garage buildings include additional units above. The project features 61 one-bedroom units at 820 SF each and 43 two-bedroom units at 1,270 SF each.
Cooley Station 24 spans 402,500 SF and includes two four-story residential buildings and a four-story mixed-use building with 35,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space. Three-story garage buildings provide additional residential units. The development consists of 156 one-bedroom units at 820 SF each and 114 two-bedroom units at 1,270 SF each.
The MEP design supports modern living and commercial needs while ensuring energy efficiency and code compliance.
