We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a homeless shelter project, which includes two dormitory sprung structures totaling 16,800 SF and one navigation center sprung structure totaling 14,700 SF. Our scope of work covered the design and coordination of site electrical distribution and connections to IMS units, ensuring reliable power for essential operations. Additionally, we designed the site plumbing distribution to support necessary facilities, integrating efficient and code-compliant systems to meet the unique needs of the shelter. Our focus was on delivering a seamless, functional, and well-coordinated MPE design to support a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
