We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a new 2-story, 20,000 SF multi-use building, designed to integrate office, retail, and dining spaces. The scope of work included detailed electrical engineering services such as the relocation of an existing transformer to better accommodate the building's needs, along with the installation of area site lighting to enhance exterior visibility and safety. Additionally, we designed the electrical systems to support an electronic gate for secure access and implemented a timer for irrigation to optimize water usage and sustainability. Our design ensures that all systems are properly coordinated to meet the functionality and operational requirements of the diverse spaces within the building.
