Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 18,710 SF Tenant Improvement to convert an existing space into a bowling alley. The scope of work includes full mechanical system design for proper ventilation and air quality throughout the facility, plumbing design to accommodate restroom facilities, bar areas, and kitchen, and electrical design to support high-power equipment, including bowling lanes, pinsetters, score monitors, and lighting. Additionally, energy-efficient lighting systems will be installed for both functional areas and ambiance lighting, while power requirements for kitchen appliances, HVAC systems, and bowling alley equipment will be specified. The project will also involve coordination with structural systems for the integration of specialized equipment and the installation of electrical outlets, lighting controls, and emergency systems, along with necessary upgrades to meet code requirements for a commercial entertainment venue.
