DesignCell Architecture
Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a new 3-story, 42-key ground-up hotel, totaling 27,470 SF. The project includes a well-designed layout with each floor serving distinct functions to enhance both operational efficiency and guest experience. The first floor, with 7,670 SF, is designed for public areas such as a welcoming lobby, lounge, laundry facilities, elevators, restrooms, and mechanical and electrical rooms. The second and third floors, each 9,900 SF, are dedicated to guest rooms, which are designed to maximize comfort and convenience. These floors also include storage areas and necessary mechanical and electrical spaces to ensure smooth building operations. The building is planned with energy-efficient systems that align with current building and environmental standards. The project adheres to the 2022 California Building Codes, including the 2022 California Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes, and incorporates sustainable practices as outlined in the California Green Building Standards Code (CALGREEN) to promote environmental responsibility and long-term efficiency. The use of cutting-edge design and advanced systems ensures a safe, sustainable, and high-performance hotel.
