Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for the 5,900 SF remodel of an existing residence, transforming it into a new assisted living facility. The scope of work included designing and optimizing the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to meet the specific needs of the facility, ensuring both comfort and safety for the residents. We addressed HVAC systems, plumbing configurations, and electrical layouts to comply with health and safety codes, creating a functional and efficient environment. Our design focused on seamless integration with the existing structure while upgrading systems to meet the requirements of a modern assisted living facility.
