23,400 SF
2023
RPM Team
We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 23,400 SF sprung structure designed for flexible, multi-functional use. The building’s layout includes several key areas, ensuring efficient space utilization and comfort for all occupants.
The mezzanine on the right side of the structure houses offices and bathrooms both below and above. The design also includes a warming kitchen/café, featuring coffee equipment and a three-compartment sink, but no grease trap. Below the mezzanine, we designed 6,000 SF of office/classroom space, including necessary bathroom facilities. The second level of the mezzanine features an additional 5,000 SF of office/classroom space without ceiling lids, and three unisex bathrooms with lids.
Throughout the project, we ensured that all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were integrated seamlessly into the unique structure, meeting the building's functional needs and codes.
