We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a new 18,000 SF, two-story office shell building. The scope of work for each discipline includes key elements to support the future development of the space.
Electrical Engineering focused on the core lighting system for the building, ensuring efficient illumination in the central areas. The design included the necessary electrical infrastructure for future tenant-specific needs.
Plumbing Engineering included the design for restrooms on both the first and second floors, as well as a drinking fountain and mop sink. Additionally, we provided water and waste lines running down the center of the building, leaving room for future tenant-specific plumbing connections and adaptations.
Mechanical Engineering addressed the A/C system for the central core of the building, ensuring that the core areas are adequately climate-controlled to support the building's function.
The design documents provide a comprehensive foundation for the future tenant buildouts while ensuring that the building systems are properly integrated and ready for future adaptations.
