For this 2,500 SF interior renovation project, our team provided comprehensive Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MP&E) Engineering services, focusing on optimizing the functionality and efficiency of the newly renovated space. Our scope included the design and integration of key systems such as two restrooms, a breakroom sink, and a stack washer/dryer, as well as the installation of a new A/C system, lighting, and power distribution.

The plumbing systems were carefully designed to meet the specific needs of the restrooms and breakroom areas, ensuring water efficiency and compliance with local codes. We also developed a tailored HVAC design, selecting a new air conditioning system that provides optimal comfort and energy efficiency for the entire space.

On the electrical side, we created a lighting plan that not only meets functional needs but also enhances the aesthetics of the renovated space. The power systems were engineered to support the newly added appliances, equipment, and lighting, while ensuring capacity for future use.

By combining these systems into a seamless design, we ensured that the renovation would provide a comfortable and efficient working environment. Our team's attention to detail and commitment to quality resulted in an interior renovation that met the client's expectations and adhered to all safety and building code requirements.
