We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for seven 13,200 SF ground-up classroom buildings, designed to meet the educational needs of the site. Our engineering services included the development of plans for three distinct buildings, each with unique requirements.
Building 1 consists of a kindergarten area, designed with additional single-use restrooms. We provided the necessary utility coordination to support the restrooms and all other building systems. Building 2 is designed with 12 classrooms, excluding labs, with two restrooms available on-site for the students and staff. Building 3 includes 12 classrooms, two of which are specialized lab classrooms, and we designed the necessary infrastructure to support these more demanding spaces.
In addition to the core building designs, we included one engineering site visit or site observation if needed during the construction phase, ensuring the proper implementation of our plans. Our scope also included utilities coordination to ensure seamless integration of water, electrical, and HVAC systems throughout the campus, along with the electrical site distribution to ensure all buildings receive the proper power and system services required for educational operations.
Our design and coordination efforts ensured that the educational facility would meet all operational, safety, and compliance standards for classrooms, labs, and restroom facilities.
