  • Ardebili Engineering provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 17,824 SF tenant improvement (TI) at a military training facility. Key elements include an oxygen room with cold water and drain connections, plus 120/240 Single Phase 100 AMP service for the pump and AC unit. The 10,024 SF hangar will be cooled to 80°F, even with outside temperatures reaching 110°F.

The facility also includes new bathrooms, break rooms with kitchenettes, offices, a large classroom, a server room, and an equipment storage room. The existing garage will be converted to a one-car garage, with bathroom updates, and optional showers. Upper and lower levels (7,800 SF) will feature a new A/C system for office temperatures between 70-75°F and lighting levels of 70-140 foot candles.

Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 17,824 SF tenant improvement to a military training facility. This project included the design of an oxygen room, which required a cold water connection through an exterior hose bib and simple drain plug connection to the existing drain system. The oxygen room also required a 120/240 Single Phase 100AMP service for the pump and AC unit. The 10,024 SF hangar was designed to provide cooling, maintaining a maximum temperature of 80°F even with outside temperatures reaching 110°F. Additional work included the design of new bathrooms, break rooms with kitchenettes, several offices, a large classroom, a server room, and an equipment storage room. The existing garage was converted to accommodate a single car, with the remaining space used to update bathrooms and showers, depending on available space. The upper and lower levels (7,800 SF) were designed with a new A/C system to maintain a comfortable temperature between 70-75°F, and lighting was designed to provide 70-140 foot-candles per square foot throughout the office and training areas.
