We provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 26,044 SF tenant improvement (TI) project in an exterior corridor office building. The scope of work includes comprehensive lighting and power updates across the building's first and second floors to enhance functionality and meet energy compliance standards.

On the first floor, the project involved updating and redesigning lighting in two restrooms, improving the corridor lighting near the stairs and elevator, and adding lighting in both stairwells. Additionally, power receptacles were installed where required, and power provisions were made for the insta-hot water heaters in the new lavatories, as well as for the drinking fountains.

The second floor scope mirrors the first, with updates to lighting in the two restrooms and corridors, as well as the addition of lighting in both stairwells. Power was also provided for restroom exhaust fans, and additional receptacles were installed. Similar to the first floor, power requirements were addressed for the insta-hot water heaters and drinking fountains.

Our electrical engineering team ensured that all power and lighting systems comply with energy regulations while maintaining optimal performance and safety throughout the office building.
