Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for an 8,750 SF ground-up, two-story premanufactured metal building. The design addressed the unique requirements of both finished and unfinished spaces, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and code compliance.

The main level, spanning 5,000 SF, included a 1,000 SF sales floor equipped with HVAC to maintain a comfortable environment for employees and customers. The remaining 4,000 SF housed a repair shop, incorporating a designated welding area, a restroom, and a hand sink to support daily operations. The electrical and mechanical systems were designed to accommodate the shop's specialized equipment and ventilation needs.

The upper level, totaling 3,750 SF, was planned as an unfinished space without HVAC, providing flexibility for future use. Additionally, a 672 SF balcony was incorporated into the design, offering an exterior extension of the space. The engineering plans ensured proper electrical distribution, plumbing infrastructure, and mechanical considerations to support the building’s current and potential future needs.
